This policy explains what personal data Treasurekart collects through treasurekart.com and WhatsApp, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to us.

When you fill in the form on our website and send us the WhatsApp message it prepares, we receive:

• Your name and your brand name
• Your WhatsApp number
• What you make (your product category)
• Your approximate monthly online sales range
• Your Instagram or website link, if you add one
• Anything else you choose to write to us on WhatsApp or email

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may record basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.

• To reply to you and book a call
• To check whether our services fit your business
• To send the updates or maker growth tips you asked for, if you joined the waitlist
• To keep records of our conversations with you

We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box on our form and send us your details. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who else handles it

We share your data only with services we need to run our business:

• WhatsApp (Meta): carries our messages with you
• Our website hosting provider: runs this website
• A web font service: loads the fonts on this website, so your browser connects to it when the page opens
• Our email provider: handles messages sent to info@treasurekart.com

We may also disclose data if Indian law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are in contact with you. If you do not become a client, we delete them within 12 months of our last conversation, or sooner if you ask. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct or update it
• Delete it
• Stop contacting you (withdraw your consent)

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: send “STOP” on WhatsApp or email us. It does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.

7. Grievances

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Security

We limit access to your data to people who need it to work with you, and we use secure, password-protected accounts for the services listed above.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
